2008 TRAVEL TRYOUTS
As this travel season winds down, it is already time to start preparing for the 2008 Travel Season. Tryouts for the 2008 teams will be held according to the following schedule:
August 18, 2007 9:00 AM 12 and Under
11:00 AM 14 and Under
1:00 PM 16 and Under
August 25, 2007 9:00 AM 12 and Under
11:00 AM 14 and Under
1:00 PM 16 and Under
A player must attend at least one of the tryouts to be considered. If someone cannot make either date, contact Scott McIntyre, League Commissioner llsl-comdirector@yahoo.com.
Current second year 16 and Under players should contact Pat Jeffers at pjeffer1@nycap.rr.com concerning playing opportunities for next season.
There may be multiple teams at a particular age level if there is sufficient interest.
A player should try out for the age level she will eligible for next year. If a player is in the second year at the current age level, she moves up to the next age level for next season.
The teams will be selected by a committee. The manager will be chosen after the team is selected. If you are interested in managing a team or have other questions, please e-mail Pat Jeffers, Travel Team Coordinator pjeffer1@nycap.rr.com or you may sign up at the tryout.
