(8u, 10u, 12u and 13-16 Divisions only!)
- Registrations start in late December. Most players register through the mail. Otherwise they come to a walk-in registration.
- Players receive a tryout notice in the mail sometime between mid and late February. The notice will include the time and place for your of daughter's tryout. Please be punctual and follow the directions on your notice.
- Tryouts are held during the 1st or 2nd weekend of March. Each of 4 tryouts, one for each division, will take about 2 hours.
- Managers select players (draft) during the weekdays immediately following tryouts. All players are selected.
- Managers call up their players within 1 week after tryouts; usually within 48 hours after each division's draft. The manager informs the player of any practices he or she may have scheduled for their team.
- Team and individual portraits are taken in late March. Managers will inform parents as to the time and place. Make-up days are scheduled when necessary.
- The game schedule for every division is published in the 'Program Book' which managers will hand out to parents in mid to late April.
- Each team's first game will be scheduled sometime during the last weekend of April. 8u/10u games star at 6:00pm on weekdays. 12u and 13-16 games start at 6:30 on weekdays.
- All star tryouts are held throughout the year. See the All-Star link off the main page for details. All-Stars are offered for all levels from 10u and up.
- After the regular season (14 to 16 games), all teams compete in a double elimination playoff. The championship game is usually played 2 weeks after playoffs start.
- Once your child's team is eliminated, or wins the championship game, the season is over. First, Second and Third place playoff finishers are awarded trophies. All other players receive a competitor award. The time and place awards are given will be announced.
