Recreation Season

All Players

  • Registrations start in January. All players are asked to register online through by clicking here and paying with a credit card. If for some reason you cannot register online, please contact either the Treasurer or President of the league (refer to Board Listing).
  • The league in which the player will be assigned is based on the player 's age as of January 1 of the current year.
  • Managers will be selected by the Executive Board and notified in prior to tryouts for 8u, 10u, 12u, and 16u. T-ball managers will be selected and notified by early April.
  • Team and individual portraits are taken on Opening Day weekend before the season starts. Managers will inform parents as to the time and place. We ask all players and managers to attend the photo session as no make-ups are scheduled.
  • The game schedule for every division is published on our website by clicking here and in our Opening Day Program. Managers are also asked to notify parents via e-mail of their team 's schedule as soon as it is available.
  • Each team's first game will be scheduled sometime during the last weekend of April. T-ball, 8u, and 10u games start at 6:00pm on weekdays. 12u and 16u games start at 6:30 on weekdays. Saturday games run from 10am through 4pm.
  • (8u, 10u, 12u and 13-16 Divisions only!)

  • Players and their families will receive notification of tryouts via e-mail in early March. The notice will include the time and place for your daughter's tryout. Please be punctual and follow the directions on your notification.
  • Tryouts are held during the 2nd or 3rd weekend of March. Each of 4 tryouts, one for each division, will take about 2 hours.
  • Managers select players via a draft during the weekdays immediately following tryouts. All players are selected.
  • Managers will then contact their players shortly after tryouts. The manager informs the player of any practices he or she may have scheduled for their team.
  • After the regular season (generally 14 to 16 games), all teams compete in a double elimination playoff. The championship game is usually played 2 weeks after playoffs start.
  • Once your child's team is eliminated, or wins the championship game, the season is over. First, Second and Third place playoff finishers are awarded trophies. All other players receive a competitor award.
