The Latham Lassies Softball League is a member of the Hudson Mohawk District Traveling League which is affiliated with and governed by the Amateur Softball Association (ASA). Currently, the Traveling League consists of 35 youth softball associations throughout 4 counties in and around the Capitol Region; Albany, Schenectady, Rensselaer & Saratoga.

Latham Lassies selects two teams from each age group to compete in the following age groups; 10u, 12u, 14u, and 16u. By participating on a travel team, players get to expand the length of their softball season, and continue to develop skills and sportsmanship.

The Executive Board selects Travel Managers for each age division.
